In today's episode "Joy of Baking with Leni" Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe! They are super easy to make and taste soooo gooooood... You guys will need:

1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons hot water
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

And here comes the directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Dissolve baking soda in hot water. Add to batter along with salt. Stir in flour, chocolate chips, and nuts. Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased pans.

3. Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.

Finally I had the chance to use my new NYX HD makeup... and I must say that it looks pretty damn good on pictures... and another thing that looks pretty good on pictures - my new hair cut - As always Kira did an amazing job... suddenly I have little bit shorter hair... but it seems like I have 10 times more than before! Good times!
I'm not posting any outfit pictures because my photographer/my mom got sick... super sick and she must stay in bed all the time... but we promise to come back strong very soon!

Today I will share with you guys my favorite DIY coconut and egg hair mask!!! Sooooo kiss your damaged, dry hair good-bye and let's get started! All what you need is:

2-3 Table Spoons Organic Coconut Oil

Egg

Add the coconut oil into a microwavable bowl or a pan.. Microwave or cook on the stove until the coconut be comes a liquid oil, monitor the heat of the oil. Touch the oil, making sure it's warm enough to apply to scalp, but not hot enough to apply to scalp. Crack the egg and add it to your pan or bowl and mix with a fork. Apply this hair mask to clean hair, add to scalp and ends, massage through hair. Leave this in your hair for 35 to 45 minutes. Wrap hair with plastic bag or put on a plastic enough to burn you.

Today let me share with you guys my favorite homemade face mask recipe.
All you need is:

2 spoons of oatmeal
0,5 dl of boiling water
0,5 spoon of honey
one drop of olive oil

Make a fine dust from some rolled oats. Mix with boiling water and let it thicken for 15 min. Add some honey and olive oil and mix thoroughly, apply to face and leave on for half an hour.

It has been a long, long day at work... and on the bus... Did I tell you that my stalker from the bus number 34 took our "realtionship" to another level and tried to TOUCH ME today! Wtf bro... wtf! Well actually it was second time but now he has a beard... so I look at him as a whole new person... Tomorrow I might tell him that MOVEMBER is over... Dear God my stalker is so 2011!!! They say romance is back in fashion... they say that kitsch is back in fashion... So what did I do today? I bought some fake roses and pimp up my moms place with them... I must be honest with you guys... my moms living room is my second favourite place in the entire world! On the first place: MY BED of course, but I can tell you all about it in a different post!
I am hanging out in Bærum watching way too many BAD movies that I could never watch with other people, because they have some kind of good taste. I, on the other hand... I ended up watching yesterday... wait for it... Scary movie 3... Today it was time for that new? sitcom 2 broke girls ---- I totally love it! Soooooo before I will embarrass myself even more I will better post some pictures!

Snowing like crazy here in Oslo... I am loving it and so does Tipsy... As you guys know: like mother, like daughter...
Today I want to tell you and show you my fav sweater from Bik Bok... I bought it some weeks ago, and it became my favorite sweater immideatly. I dont know how about you guys but when I buy new clothes I wear them like crazy pretty much everyday until they get dirty and then I kind of forget about them for a year (!!!) or so and suddenly I "discover" them again and wear them like crazy and so goes on.... I know... I am weird... Actually I must get way better at wearing all of my clothes... but first let me organize them and that might take some YEARS!!! Anyway here is my favorite AT THE MOMENT white sweater from Bik Bok:

How not to love it? It is so comfy and warm!!! Pictures taken over a week or two... Believe it or not I actually washed it already couple of times but it didnt change the fact that it is still my favorite!

Today I am going to post one of the few outfit pictures that I took in December... Since I have been painting, cleaning and COMPLAINING most of the time in December I didnt care so much about clothes... as long as they were clean... and comfy... But finally when most of the things were done in moms apartment I took some time to dress nicely, sit on the sofa, drink some tea and when I was just about to take 10000 outfit pictures my battery died and my charger was only 20 km away... Most of the people know Linnéa as this uhm angry, negative person... but I know the real L and believe me, she is world nicest person! Not when she drinks because then she is just psychotic but when she is sober and when she wants to buy me lots of things! Tonight let me show you my new eye shadow palette from Dior... I mean H&M... I just couldnt resist and had to buy it... As we all know the quality of eye shadows from H&M is not the best... but just look at all of these awesome colors! Maybe if I actually knew how to applay my make up I would bother to buy something more expensive... but with my rather pathetic skills, H&M seems like a great idea! I also bought a set of lipglosses for 29 NOK to match my awesome palette. Great success.

Don't you guys think that I look exactly like my dad? Here are some pics that we took together some days ago.... because of this whole project of renovating my moms place, my parents are the only people, I hang out with these days. I cant complain since my parents are not only my parents but also my best friends nad I am very close to them...
I remember that I used to fight with my dad on a daily basis as a teenager... I used to scream that I hate him, that I will move away and never come back, but now looking at those fights from a perspective makes me realise that dad only wanted my best. He cared. He still does.

Yesterday we had a little family meeting... Dad promised to help us with my mom's apartment... it is really big place so we need all of the help we can get! Btw Ørjan you are going to paint as well! No excuses!

I hope that you guys had a nice weekend... mine was all about interior design?????... My mom is renovating her place and I am helping her... this process will probably take months... after all I know my family way too good... but I dont have anything against it... it is just the way we are... a bit slow! But the best thing is that, she is totally open to all of my ideas! So far I can tell you that we want white floors and white walls... and bedroom in romantic style... here are some of our favorite inspiration pictures! Oh and did I tell you that my mom has walk-in-closet in Carries style... you walk into it straight from bathroom! Sick nice! But it will be even nicer when I will help her with the renovation and redecoration!

OMG I struggle with this omgangssyke or is it just my medicine against urinvesinfeksjon that is trying to kill me? Anyway I am not feeling so good... Yesterday I went to bed at 18 and woke up today five in the morning and only because of Tipsy... or Rambo or whatever was licking me all over my face... and then on my way to the bathroom I made this SHOCKING discovery - cellulite on the back of my thights! (yes I sleep naked....)
So this is what you get when you listen to your stupid boyfriend and stop exercising as much as you used to??? From tomorrow I am back on track wth my old routine - 5 to 6 days a week!

Yesterday I woke up in a house full of... boys? HAPPY TIMES! OH YEAH!!!

But those boys were playing Fifa... very loud... for 12 hours... so I was close to killing myself... nei da... lucky for me I love most of Ørjans friends! It was so good to see their faces again! But fotball on a Sunday - EWWWWWWWWW - NO THANKS... so I dressed up Tips (thats btw Tipsy's new nickname - TIPS - it sounds so... uhm gangsta?) and we went to visit my parents... PAY ATTENTION - MY PARENTS - NOT ONLY MY MOM. I dont really know what is going on, but they talk about getting back together! TRUE STORY. I left my camera at home so I can only post some crappy iPhone pics! Sorry guys!

Hi there! So what do you girls think about my new layout? I just somehow couldn't fall asleep yesterday after cleaning the apartment for 4 hours and baking oh and Ørjan started this new thing: reading in bed... So I just felt like it is a great time for changes... on my blog. I hope that you girls like it! Anyway today I slept way too long and I had to drop most of my plans... but no worries there will be another weekend, but next Friday I must remember to try to fall asleep before 6 in the morning!!!! Anyway... today is all about Tipsy and dancing to The Killers. Pretty good Saturday in other words... oh and while walking with Tips I had some time for little shopping...

It’s Friday, Friday... my favorite day of the week! My plan for tonight: absolutely nothing. Nei da... just kidding... We had a pretty bad day today - Tipsi and me. We went out for a walk as we always do around midnight and we saw a girl being attacted by two or three guys. They tried to steal her bag. It was terrible. Her scream and the fact that I couldnt do anything to help her... I even couldnt call the police because I left my phone at home. Anyway the girl was screaming so badly (at some point I even thought that they stabbed her with a knife or something) that they paniced and started to run... leaving the bag on the ground. One of them even lost his shoe!!!! Somebody must have call the police because they arrived in no time...

The girl is ok - little bit scared of course, I am ok... Tipsi is ok... so we are all good...

I know that the chances of catching those idiots are very low but I just hope that they wont try anything like that again! I mean... who tries to steal from a girl!!!!!

And btw I still find Oslo pretty safe city but from now on I will let Ørjan take Tipsi out in the evnings. I learned my lesson.

I can't believe that it is Wednesday already! Time goes so fast when you sleep 16 hours a day? Nei da... I feel better... kind of... Good enough to go to work and then sleep whole afternoon... But I cant complain... with Tipsy by your side, sleeping on the sofa is suddenly one of the best things ever. Nothing is as good as waking up next to her. BEST PUPPY EVER. I remember that Rambo used to be the same... before he grow up to be one of the most spoiled, bossy dogs I have ever seen! But we love him anyway... And I just want to say that it is not my faul that he turned out that way! It is my moms fault! But then again... pretty hard to say no to that little guy!

I am so pissed! This was suppose to be such a great weekend with Kira, Ray and Ulrikke and instead I am stuck at home with a stomach ache from hell, watching.... Borat! But my little angel - TIPSI - is keeping me company so maybe it is not so bad after all? Anyway I must share with you guys secret behind my shiny, healthy hair! I don't know if you guys noticed that lately my hair looks ten times better than before... the reason... well I listened to Ulrikke and Kira and stop bleaching it and when I was in Poland my mom bought me Creme Chronologiste... Which is like the best thing ever... at least for me... So if you have damaged, dry hair just like I used to have --- the answer is Creme Chronologiste. True story.

So yesterday my mom chased me out of bed before 9! ON A SATURDAY. After breakfast we went to Sandvika Storsenter - biggest shopping mall in the whole Scandinavia and the gate to hell during the weekend... all of these people... EVERYWHERE... driving me crazy. But there aint no use in complain when you've got a job to do... our plan was simple - get my new camera and get out... in less than an hour... I think that something didnt got according to plan because we werent back home before uhm 18? After 8 short hours of shopping. But I have been a good girl... I only got myself a new dress and a brand new OLYMPUS PEN! In the evening I watched MIDNIGHT IN PARIS with Ørjan... such a lovely movie... definetly worth watching. As long as your IQ over 100. I am not saying that Woody Allen's movies are for everybody:)

Second post today... As I told you, since Tipsi came into my life the best thing I know about is to stay home during the weekend. How could I go out both Friday and Saturday back in the days is a mystery to me! Tonight I am just going to have a long, hot bath, check out some new products that I picked up at body shop earlier on and relax. Oh how I need it. It has been a stresful week with lots of up's and down's. HONEYPUFF I am so sorry for your picture... but hey... how can you hate that face of mine?

Back in the days I was making out with boys on a Friday night, now I am making out with my bath salt? It is even called TROPICAL KISS. Oh the irony.

Lovely Erika was visiting from Stocholm this weekend so I couldnt say no to some shopping and partying together! We crashed this little bit dull vorspiel at Frogner with Torgeir and Robert and later on we bumped into Ørjan and his friends at Youngstorget ... On my way home I meet Robin!!!! The same Robin I used to live with!!!! Dear god how I missed that guy!!! He is married, and in 3 months he is moving to USA but we promised that we will stay in touch and try to hang out as much as possible until then! Anyway I am really happy that I decided to go out with Erika in the evening, she is such a wondefrul, positive and beautiful person! We had great time together... I wish she lived in Oslo!!!

And I cant hide the fact that since I got Tipsi I have been staying home with her way too much... I love her more than anything else and she absolutely stole my heart but it is important to hang out with your friends as well. Just a little note to myself!

I did... and then she started to play in movies and I sent her a message with congratulations... and she never answered. That bitch. Can you guys imagine how hurt have I been when Linnea said in one of the interviews that she is in love with Jenny. And Jenny didnt even answer my message... anyway from Skavlan to Tipsy's favorite poop spot - it is in the middle of the street! I cant wait until I will get hit by a car! Get hit by a car on the same street where Jenny Skavlan lives. And fotballfrue as well but thats a story for another post!

One hell of a weekend. I lost keys to Ørjans apartment, almost slept at Oslo S, broke into the apartment the next day through a window, had an emotional breakdown because of Tipsy - she pees. A LOT. INSIDE. And curled my hair. Yeah. But nothing is as crazy as the fact that I bumped into my ex-boyfriends, ex-girlfriend and... I loved her! We talked for an hour! And we shared this super awkward moment of silence when I asked her when did they start to date and she said FEBRUARY, and I said uhm thats weird because we didn't breakup before APRIL!!! Anyway... moving on... Tipsy and I. BFF again! I understand that she is just a little puppy but peeing on mommys sofa two times in a row - big, big NO-NO! And please dont you even ask if I take her out a lot, because I do - ONCE A DAY is enough, right?

OMG I have been out of the apartment without Tipsi!!!... so after a month of taking care of Tipsi I have been social again! Taking care of a puppy - neverending story of pooping and peeing and waking up at 5 in the morning. But mommys little angel is 4 months now and she is way better at staying home by herself... or with her "daddy" but the thing is that daddy is never there... First Cyprus then Bodø and now Malta... but I can't complain... soon I will have my very own WALK IN CLOSET and new bedroom. Very sad week over here... Our family lost a great companion, super awesome dog - Trolek. He passed away last Sunday 14 year old. He was so lucky to be saved from his abusive owners by my grandmother and aunt when he was around 2 and had a wonderful life with them. Trolek will continue to live on in our hearts and memories! We will miss him!!!

Hi there! Long time, no see! The thing is that my laptop took a little summer break... he traveled all the way to Cyprus!!!... but he is back now and I can finally blog again! So the last two weeks of my life were all about hanging out in the park and taking care of Tipsi! Btw that takes so much time that I even havent got the time to take any outfit pictures. Real life crisis!!! I might call dr. Phil.

Dear God I didnt fall asleep before 7 in the morning yesterday! True story. My day rhythm is seriously messed up these days! I cant wait to get back to work and have it all figured out. But before that, check out my last weekend of vacation in pictures... pretty good weekend if you ask me! First little trip out to Onkel Donald ute followed by a photosession at a local fast food and Saturday with Tom and his lovely friends! Sunday was even better but I will tell you all about it some other time!
